This is X-men: Evolution Scarlet Witch...sorta...

In the there's a contest for outfits that Wanda in clothes she'd never volunteer to wear.

Well, I thought of an outfit she would loath to ever wear: her original comic-book counter-part's uniform!!

I started out by tracing a couple pics of Wanda.
